When I opened the bag, the vanilla smell hit me right away and it was really nice. The beans maybe didnt seem quite as fresh as I was hoping, but overall Im still happy with them.

These beans showed up fresh and had that really nice rich smell as soon as I opened the package. I actually used them to make ice cream on a random Sunday afternoon, and the flavor came through really well, kind of rounded and not too overpowering. The packaging was simple, nothing fancy, but everything was sealed up and in good shape when it arrived. I’d definitely use them again.

The box showed up dented, which was a lovely little surprise. Packaging did its job-ish, but it definitely wasn’t winning any awards for protection.

Checkout was simple and straightforward. I didn’t run into any hassles, which was nice.

My vanilla beans showed up quicker than I expected, they were packed well and smelled amazing right out of the bag. no complaints from me.

I had a small issue with my order and was a bit annoyed at first. I wasn’t totally sure how it was going to go, but they did get back to me and fixed the problem. It took a little patience, but everything seems to be fine now, so I’m happy with it overall. 5 stars.

I ordered from vanillabeankings.com thinking the shipping would be standard, but it ended up taking a lot longer than I expected. The product itself was fine, so that wasn’t really the problem, it was more the waiting that got frustrating.
The tracking updates also weren’t as clear as I hoped, so I kept checking to see what was going on. I might order again at some point, but definitely not if I need something quickly

I ordered a pack of vanilla beans and was totally calm about it, obviously, except I was definitely side-eyeing the package because I’ve been burned before with dry, weird, fake-smelling ones. These showed up fresh, oily, and smelled like real vanilla the second I opened them.
I used them in custard and the flavor was deep and warm, not that perfume-y thing some vanilla has. Very casually impressed, not making a big deal out of it at all, but yeah, I’d absolutely buy them again.

The site was straightforward. Everything was where you’d expect it to be, so I found what I needed fairly quickly without any hassle.

The annoying part was the sourcing info. They list origins, but I was expecting more details about the farms, batches, or how they actually work with growers. I had planned to use these for a small gift project where I wanted to include a little note about where the vanilla came from, and that kind of fell apart because the info was just too basic.

So yeah, not a terrible experience, but it was frustrating because it kind of ruined what I had in mind. If you just need vanilla beans, they’re fine, but if you care about the story behind the beans, it may leave you wanting more. 3 stars for me

Would I buy from vanillabeankings.com again? Maybe, if they had a good deal going. Overall, it was an okay experience. The shipping took a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but the order did show up fine. The beans were decent, just not anything that really blew me away. They had pretty much every kind of vanilla I was looking for, more than I expected. At first I was impressed, but after comparing a bunch of them, the labels and pricing started to feel a little inconsistent, which made me second-guess what I was actually buying. I found what I needed, but I didn’t leave feeling as confident as I hoped

For what you pay, it’s kinda hard to complain. It’s cheap and still does the job, so yeah I’d say it’s worth it

Like, there is no question they were fresh and not those skinny, dried-out ones I’ve ended up with from other places. They smelled amazing right out of the package too. I’m definitely happy with them and would 100% order again.

My order showed up late not once, but twice, and I’m basically 100% convinced the tracking updates were just there for decoration. There was never a clear heads-up about what was going on, so I was left guessing the whole time. i’d have a very hard time trusting them again.

I ordered from vanillabeankings.com and ended up needing to send it back. The return process itself wasn’t too difficult, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the refund definitely took longer than it should have, at least in my opinion. Support did respond eventually, though it kind of felt like I had to wait around more than necessary. I did get my money back in the end, so it worked out, but I wouldn’t call the experience great.
